    Whenever you are going through pain, you can determine the common activities you do at home or at work to ease and also put less stress on the shoulder. An over burdened shoulder limited to particularly to the left shoulder and arm could develop into a severe painful sensation. A nerve that is trapped could be because of a cyst, a growth or a chronic inflammation, that is consistently pressing the nerves, which makes it painful.
